Who we are

Bloom & Grow Learning is a homeschool education service based in Australia, providing personalised term plans, a self-paced parent course, and ongoing support. You can reach us any time at bloomandgrowlearning@hotmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

• Your email address — when you download our free 1-Week Home School Planner.
• Your name and contact details — when you book a free call or get in touch with us.
• Information about your family and your child — such as your child's name, age or year level, your state, and what you'd like help with. You provide this so we can prepare a term plan that actually fits your family.
• Payment information — when you purchase a term plan, course, or membership. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Anything you send us — for example, in an email or message.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• send you the free planner you requested;
• schedule and hold your free call;
• prepare and deliver your personalised term plan and course materials;
• process your payment and provide what you've bought;
• answer your questions and provide support; and
• send you helpful updates if you've asked to hear from us (you can opt out at any time).

We will not use your child's information to market to your child, and we won't sell your information to anyone.

The services that help us run

Like most small businesses, we rely on a few trusted tools to operate. These providers only handle your information so they can perform their service for us:

• Google — to receive your planner request and send the planner to you.
• Cal.com — to schedule your free call.
• Stripe — to process payments securely.
• Netlify — to host this website.
• Website analytics — we use a basic, privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand how visitors find and use the site (for example, which pages are popular). This does not identify you personally.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Australia. We choose reputable providers who are expected to protect your information to a comparable standard.

Children's information

Information about your child is only ever provided by you, the parent or guardian, and only so we can plan your child's education. We treat it with extra care, keep it confidential, and use it solely for that purpose.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. No method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure, but we work hard to safeguard what you share with us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, and then we securely delete it. You can ask us to remove your information sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can:

• ask us what information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or update it;
• ask us to delete it; and
• unsubscribe from any emails at any time.
